2. Data processed

• Account data: email address, password (stored securely), login sessions, and security and verification records.
• Time-limited identity evidence for identity and adult-status review, plus the minimum review and audit result. For a listing an agency creates, the agency uploads the ID and a photo of the person in it.
• Listing data: stage name, username, biography, languages, optional attributes, photos, services, prices, and extras.
• Location and status data: working location, tour dates, travel willingness, and the voluntary Working today or Away status.
• Contact details advertisers enable for their public listing.
• Support, safety, complaint, moderation, and deletion records.
• Device and notification data: notification subscription and selected notification preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, timestamps, and browser and device details needed to protect the service.
• A record of which version of the Terms was accepted, in which language and when.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Account and requested service

Providing the account, listing, contact routes, and settings; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).

Security and abuse prevention

Access control, rate limiting, incident handling, and protection of others; legitimate interests under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

Legal obligations

Meeting mandatory retention, disclosure, or protective duties; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) where a concrete duty applies.

Optional notifications

Only after an explicit device action and revocable at any time; contract performance or consent depending on the notification.

Public adult listings may imply or reveal special categories of personal data. Profile owners choose which information they publish and may hide their profile or delete their account. Acceptance of the Terms is not privacy consent.

4. Visibility and recipients

Published listing data, enabled contacts, prices, photos, locations, and tour dates are public. Legal identity and identity evidence are not published as part of the listing.

Technical service providers (hosting, storage, security, statistics and email delivery) receive data only for their assigned purpose.

5. Retention and deletion

• Account sessions normally expire after seven days and may be revoked sooner.
• Unsubmitted identity uploads expire after 24 hours. Submitted evidence is technically limited to seven days and is deleted after review, cancellation, or expiry; only the minimum result and necessary audit record remain unless a concrete duty requires otherwise.
• Profile, contact, and content data remain until changed, disabled, or the account is deleted.
• Notification subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe, remove the device, or the subscription becomes invalid.
• Support, safety, and legal records are kept only as long as needed for the case, security, or a concrete legal duty.

6. Cookies, analytics, and automated decisions

EscortVia uses necessary cookies for session, locale, adult affirmation, invitation attribution, and security. It does not use third-party advertising or profiling cookies.

We count pseudonymous usage figures such as page views and contact taps. To see how visitors move through the site, we also record the pages opened in one visit, buttons pressed and error messages shown, under a visit number that changes every day and is calculated without keeping your network address; ad pages are recorded only as an ad page, without whose ad. We do not record what you type, profile text, or contact details, and we keep these records for up to three months. There is no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect; authorised people make identity decisions.

7. Rights

Subject to statutory conditions, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR Arts. 15–21. Consent may be withdrawn for the future.
