1. Scope and platform role

These Terms govern use of EscortVia by advertisers and visitors. EscortVia provides an advertising directory and technical contact routes. EscortVia is not an agency, booking service, party to a meeting, or payment processor for a meeting.

Use is limited to people aged 18 or older. Mandatory consumer and youth-protection law continues to apply.

2. Accounts and security

• Account information must be accurate and current.
• Credentials must not be shared, and suspected compromise must be reported promptly.
• A person must not impersonate another person or an organisation they do not represent.
• Acceptance is recorded with the document version, language, and time.

3. Listings and content

Advertisers are responsible for their text, photos, prices, contact routes, availability, and the legality of what they advertise.

Uploading grants EscortVia a non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and display the content only to provide, secure, and promote that advertiser’s listing.

Only content for which the necessary rights and permissions exist may be uploaded.

4. Prohibited use

• Content or conduct involving minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual conduct.
• Illegal services, threats, harassment, fraud, extortion, or calls for discriminatory violence.
• Third-party photos, misleading identities, forged evidence, or false availability and location claims.
• Malware, automated scraping that defeats technical protections, evasion of restrictions, or abuse of contact routes.

For immediate danger, contact local emergency or law-enforcement services; EscortVia is not an emergency service.

5. Review, visibility, and action

Identity and age review reduces particular risks but is not an endorsement, guarantee, or continuous monitoring. A listing may be hidden, restricted, or removed when requirements are missing, a complaint or safety risk exists, law may be breached, or the service is disrupted.

Affected account owners may use the available support and correction routes. Safety measures may remain effective during review.

6. Contact and meetings

Contact details are supplied by advertisers and are not automatically verified for control or availability. Visitors and advertisers decide whether and how to communicate or meet. Prices shown on EscortVia are advertiser-supplied information; EscortVia does not collect or settle them.

7. Availability and changes

EscortVia may be unavailable for maintenance, security, or service interruption. No particular ranking, reach, or uninterrupted availability is promised. Material changes receive a new document version and require acceptance again.

8. Liability and applicable law

Mandatory statutory liability is unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for self-authored listings, the conduct of private meetings, or indirect loss outside the operator’s own technical service.

Austrian law applies except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Any jurisdiction clause applies only to the extent legally permitted.

9. Contact and privacy

Questions about these Terms may be sent by post to the operator address in the legal notice. Do not send identity documents or passwords unless requested.

Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing.
